We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the Industrial sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the growing demands of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract top talent in the Industrial sector
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 (increasing to £28,000 within 6 months) plus bonus and an attractive benefits package.
