We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team in Wadebridge, Cornwall. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will work closely with a small group of individuals, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

You will be required to provide personal care, manage risk, and promote independence. A strong understanding of the needs and preferences of individuals with learning disabilities is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management and personal care
  • Encouraging independence and promoting life skills
  • Managing risk and ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.74 per hour from October 2024 (plus 12.07% holiday pay). You will also receive:
