We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will play a vital role in supporting the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Interrogate and programme cardiac devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, and CRTs, in line with local and national policies and guidelines.
- Conduct echocardiograms and provide clinical supervision in line with statutory requirements.
- Support the wider surgical teams in clinical decision-making to reprogramme or deactivate devices before surgery, following BHRS guidance.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional, statutory, and organisational guidelines.
- Registration with the relevant professional body (RCCP, AHCS or HCPC).
- Accreditation with the BHRS, IBHRE, EHRA, BSE or equivalent, or evidence of working towards this level.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility, motivation, and commitment to the highest standards of patient care.
