We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance Department at EG Group. As a key member of our Country Finance Team, you will play a vital role in providing dedicated accounting support and driving forward projects to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Produce monthly management accounts and accomplish key financial close & day-to-day activities efficiently.
- Support the Financial Controller & Finance Manager in driving forward projects and leading the team to success.
- Cross-department collaboration, interacting with senior stakeholders, financial reporting, and implementing process improvements.
- Perform management accounting duties with accuracy and attention to detail, including monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement robust processes.
- Support with financial internal & external auditors.
- Assist with year-end statutory accounts.
- Develop and maintain robust processes and controls in line with Group requirements.
- Ensure consistent documentation of tasks and activities according to internal policies.
- Qualified Accountant – ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and work with senior stakeholders.
- Pro-active work ethic with high productivity.
