We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at LM RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LTD. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
