Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Staffline Driving. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation activities across the United Kingdom.

• Plan, organize, and control activities related to transportation, including coordinating the movement of products and managing transportation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with business codes of conduct and data protection laws, maintaining the highest level of integrity and due diligence in all activities.
• Complete thorough handovers and share relevant information with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions.
• Answer telephone inquiries and input information into online logs, providing excellent customer service to store queries.
• Prepare and submit reports on time, ensuring accurate and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide pre-briefs to drivers at the start of their journeys and investigate any route or time discrepancies on de-brief.

• Proficiency in computer-based systems, including Outlook and Excel.
• Previous office work experience is essential.
• Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with drivers.
• Good command of the English language is a necessity.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
