We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering/Event Supervisor to join our team at Groundwork. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our catering services, ensuring that high standards are consistently met and that our customers receive exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising staff and managing events in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving achievement of the highest levels of visitor satisfaction and ensuring that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a positive and flexible approach to your work.
The successful candidate will have a passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have knowledge of food safety and health and safety principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
