Clinical Psychologist

The Clinical Psychologist will be part of a well-established clinical team at Baston House School, Kent, facilitating multidisciplinary working with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapies Assistants. The team is embedded in the school structure, enabling effective collaboration with education and residential staff to maximize clinical outcomes for pupils. Outcomes First Group supports clinical CPD in the South Region, providing supervision and training opportunities to deliver evidence-based interventions.
The successful candidate will work within the service's policies and procedures, contributing to the development and quality assurance of the service. The Clinical Psychologist will help create empowering environments where pupils can thrive, prioritizing their needs and involving them in decision-making processes. The role requires a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring the well-being and respect of all pupils.
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist who shares our vision of building incredible futures. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral qualification in Psychology, registration with the HCPC and BPS, and experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists. They will also have a strong background in working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as experience in collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery and development.
