Job Title: Data Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Support Coordinator to join our team at Remedy Social Work. As a Data Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality family support services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in social work, early years, or a similar field, and experience in managing a team delivering family support case work for families with children (pregnancy to age 5). You will have a proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality family support, including for families with highly complex needs and challenging circumstances.

You will be responsible for providing flexible and responsive services, working in partnership with families to achieve high levels of engagement and meet need. You will also have experience of managing risk, with the ability to advise and support practitioners to work with children in need and those in need of safeguarding, and in-depth knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies, procedures, and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality family support services
  • Provide flexible and responsive services to families
  • Manage risk and advise practitioners on child protection and safeguarding
  • Support practitioners in delivering whole family assessments and creating family action plans
  • Operate case referral, management, allocation, and recording systems
  • Implement quality assurance processes
  • Participate in partnership working with multi-agency teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in social work, early years, or a similar field
  • Experience in managing a team delivering family support case work
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality family support
  • Experience of managing risk and advising practitioners on child protection and safeguarding
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies, procedures, and practice
  • Ability to work in partnership with families and multi-agency teams
