Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
* Assist in preparing project budgets, forecasting costs, and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted costs.
* Work closely with project managers to track costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
* Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely collection of receivables. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding billing and payments.
* Ensure the company complies with all tax regulations, including VAT, corporation tax, and other relevant filings.
* Monitor and forecast cash flow, manage the reconciliation of accounts, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
* Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and statutory deductions.
* Assist with both internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and government regulations.
* Provide financial analysis on various business projects, capital expenditure, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

* Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
* Strong understanding of project accounting, cost management, and budgeting.
