The Occupational Therapist will work within the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), primarily based in inpatient settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering skilled occupational therapy interventions to individuals with substance misuse and mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to individuals with substance misuse and mental health difficulties.
- Function as an independent practitioner, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in client-centered practice.
- Develop and maintain a clinical caseload, managing delegated activity and supervising junior staff.
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives within the Glasgow City HSCP.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Meet all requirements for practicing as an occupational therapist.
