Job Title: Compliance, Systems and Regulatory Affairs Professional

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Data Management Lead to join our team at Mundipharma. As a key member of our regulatory affairs function, you will be responsible for the strategy and management of all systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the RIM system, ensuring it is fit for purpose and aligned with business needs.
  • Responsible for the external regulatory systems support team, ensuring their delivery and quality.
  • Management of submission management and publishing teams, focusing on efficiency and automation.
  • Regulatory Data ownership, reporting, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactive leadership of data and process analysis, creating dashboards and visualisations.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics tools.

About you:

  • Proven experience in regulatory operations, data, and system management.
  • Excellent understanding of Regulatory processes, dependencies, and risks.
  • Detail oriented and highly organised, with a self-motivated attitude.
