Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Middlesbrough site. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards on site, performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, and ensuring that PPM records are continuously updated.

About the Role

You will work closely with our production, hygiene, and technical departments to undertake planned and preventative maintenance tasks. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be willing to commit to out-of-hours working, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain high standards on site by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
  2. Be accountable for assigned jobs and ensure that PPM records are continuously updated
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  4. Work to the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene on a busy food manufacturing site
