About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Value Consultant to join our team at causaLens, a pioneer in Causal AI. As a Value Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers unlock the true potential of our platform and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our sales and data science teams to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify pain points and limitations in the market and uncover opportunities for Causal AI to add value
  • Act as a technical expert in client meetings, conducting demos and platform trials that demonstrate the business value of our solutions
  • Define technical deliverables and own customer success during the pre-sales period
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing and growing customer base

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 2+ years pre-sales experience at an enterprise analytics company or consulting experience
  • Experience with ML/AI and domain expertise in at least one of the following verticals: Retail, FMCG, Banking, Manufacturing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders on technical solutions
