Become a part of our dynamic team as a Tax Lead Knowledge Lawyer at Baker McKenzie. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in this key role, responsible for developing, managing, and executing knowledge strategy within the Tax practice group.

The ideal candidate will have extensive post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer with direct involvement in Tax and excellent English language skills (verbal and written). Strong time management and organizing skills, ability to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines, and experience working directly with senior counterparts on strategy and execution are also essential.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global law firm like Baker McKenzie, where you will be challenged to develop and implement a comprehensive global Knowledge Plan for the Tax practice group, aligning it with our business plan, strategic framework, and relevant sector groups' knowledge strategy.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
