About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Recreation Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean, and safe environments for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and promote a positive team culture.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of our customers' needs, providing tailored support and assistance where required.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
  • First Aid at Work (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Well-developed team working skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
