Job Summary:

You will be part of a close-knit, supportive, and diverse team of talented individuals, ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Reacting to production breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
  • Assisting other departments when required to ensure production requirements are met.
  • Using mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Good analytic, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (English oral and written).
