About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at With You, a leading provider of residential rehabilitation services. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in their recovery journey, working closely with our management team to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of counsellors and support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent services.
- Develop and implement effective recovery plans, working closely with clients to identify their goals and needs.
- Contribute to the development of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the client experience.
- Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our services, including the management of budgets and resources.
- Provide support and guidance to clients, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in a residential rehabilitation setting, with a strong understanding of the issues facing clients.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including risk assessment and management.
