Job Description

Dandara is seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Manager to join our team in the North Home Counties Region. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and negotiating land and development opportunities that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and negotiate land and development opportunities that meet our business objectives.
  • Liaise with landowners, agents, and council contacts to secure sites for development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire sites as part of our land purchase program.
  • Support the delivery of key business performance targets and contribute to the growth of our North Home Counties Region.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure smooth and timely delivery of development projects.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to exchange contracts and facilitate legal completions.

Requirements:

  • An innovative and creative approach to problem-solving and deal-making.
  • Ability to build rapport and utilize your network to grow land opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, numeracy, report writing, data analysis, IT proficiency, project management, and presentation skills.
  • A planning/property-related degree and experience as a Land Manager with a recognized house builder.
  • Extensive knowledge of newbuild housing and ideally RICS qualified.
