Cleaning Services Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Cleaning Services Operations Coordinator to join our team at Haven. This is a hands-on role where you will be mainly office-based, but you may need to support with other tasks on Park.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will support the Cleaning Services Team Manager with all planning, preparation, and activity attributed to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Services department. This includes supporting with the control and allocation of porterage jobs, ensuring work is distributed and completed in line with our service level agreement.
You will also be responsible for managing budgets, organizing operational tasks, and maintaining stock control. Additionally, you will have the ability to confidently deal with Guest concerns, resolving problems, showing empathy, and understanding.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience of working within a large team
- The ability to work at pace and under pressure whilst remaining organized
- Experience of planning and organizing operational tasks, stock control, and managing budgets
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills

The salary for this role is £ per hour, commensurate with experience.
