About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetics Retail Artist to join our team at MAC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products.
- Showcase our products through demonstrations and tutorials, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our products, and by creating engaging in-store experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
- A passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of our products and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
