Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Property Personnel in Winchester, Hampshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the efficient running of the lettings and management team, drive the growth and development of the lettings department, and lead on the generation of new business for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the lettings and management team
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and development
  • Lead on the generation of new business for the office
  • Oversee the management of the client database
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in residential lettings
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent negotiating and presentational skills
  • Sound team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance legislation
  • IT literacy including experience in the use of residential software packages

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £45,000
  • On target earnings in the region of £55,000 to £60,000
