We are seeking a skilled academic to join our Department of Statistics as an Assistant Professor in Economics. This role focuses on statistical education, allowing you to share your expertise with students and contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods.

Our Department of Statistics has close relations with other departments, including Economics and Computer Science. You will work with colleagues from these departments to deliver high-quality education and contribute to the development of interdisciplinary research projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistics and experience in teaching. They will be expected to lead on the development of new teaching initiatives and work closely with colleagues to enhance student learning.

Salary: £42,500 - £58,500 per annum
