Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth of our global Commercial & Risk Advisory offering. As Global Head of Commercial Advisory, you will be responsible for leading strategy development & business plans, service excellence and quality management on commissions across a portfolio, and the professional development, retention and progression of talented teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Leading strategy development & business plans
  • Leading service excellence and quality management on commissions across a portfolio
  • Developing thought leadership and industry insights to raise the profile of the Mace advisory offer
  • Achieving operational excellence, delivering the required commercial outcomes
  • Setting the tone culture and model behaviours for Mace advisory

Requirements

  • Experience of developing a vision and leading all aspects of delivery
  • Experience of strategic leadership in all components of project and programme management and delivery related to property or infrastructure
  • Ability to apply cross sector thinking
  • Considered a subject matter expert in one or more specialist capabilities
  • Significant experience of leading a service line in specialist field
  • Strategic thinking/global mindset
  • Ability to generate new and unique options or solutions to complex issues
