Site Planning Manager - FTC

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall production planning and control for our savoury/ready meals and sweet bakery factories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Optimise production run lengths and SKU stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Produce weekly production plans that respect production line capacities and technical, food safety, and hygiene policies.
  • Ensure raw materials and packaging are available for each production plan.
  • Liaise with logistics and transport managers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor finished stock levels and adjust production plans accordingly.
  • Attend daily senior operations meetings to report on performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with the NPD team to deliver EPD/NPD projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the site director to deliver business capital projects.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex production planning facilities.
  • Working knowledge of TROPOS and associated systems.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Good market knowledge of operational equipment suppliers.
  • Knowledge of baking processes and key raw materials.
  • High level of IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
