We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out cleaning and other related duties within departments, public and staff areas, and residential accommodation.
- Organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and ensure a high level of quality.
- Work effectively as a member of a team, demonstrating care, compassion, and good communication skills.
- Be physically fit and able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience of working as part of a team and in cleaning services is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Receptive to supervision and feedback.
