About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring impeccable service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Job Description

  • Preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene and organization
  • Assisting with menu planning and development
  • Supporting the Head Chef in staff management and training
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A passion for Latin American cuisine and culture
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
