Administrative Support Role

You will be working for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited, a Home Delivery Service for stoma products, providing administrative support to the Patient Services Team. This role involves all aspects of administration, including processing prescriptions, matching orders, generating letters, setting up patients on the system, speaking with surgeries, and various month-end procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process daily electronic and paper prescriptions with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create new orders for patients in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with surgeries and nurses regarding prescription queries and patient setup, ensuring excellent communication skills.
  • Update patients' cutting requirements for their supplies, requiring attention to detail.
  • Fulfill and cleanse prescriptions promptly.
  • Match invoices to prescriptions accurately.
  • Contribute to month-end procedures, demonstrating methodical approach and organizational skills.
  • Support all Patient Services teams with routine administration tasks, showcasing reliability and enthusiasm.

  • Be reliable, inquisitive, and enthusiastic, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a methodical approach to work, with good communication and organizational skills.
  • Show experience of MS Office and adaptability to new systems.

Location: Loudwater, High Wycombe area.

Part Time: 3 days per week (22.5 hours) - Monday to Wednesday.

Estimated Salary: £24,999.9926,000-30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
