Project Director

Project Director Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our high-volume, safety-critical projects in Coventry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, in full, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, in full, and on budget
• Manage stakeholders across the business, including Product Management, Sales, Finance, and technical teams
• Develop and implement project plans, including Gantt charts and risk registers

Requirements:

• An engineering background with cross-discipline experience and an understanding of injection moulding, electronics design, software/firmware development, and product build/test
• Relevant degree with provable industrial experience in a senior projects role
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with Jira, SharePoint, or Agile development
• Familiarity with high-volume production and/or safety-critical product management

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, generous benefits, and hybrid working arrangements.
