Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learner Support Officer to join our Foundation team. As a key member of our Additional Learning Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
About the Role:As a Learner Support Officer, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide individualized support and guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to support students with Educational Health and Care Plans or recognized special educational needs in various subjects, including maths, English, art, and design, sports, and independent living skills.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing support in and out of the classroom. Your ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the success of our students.
Requirements:- Experience working with young people with special educational needs, either in or out of paid employment
- Desirable: previous experience as a Learner Support Officer or Teaching Assistant
- Full training and support will be provided
