About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism to live fulfilling and active lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication, choice, and independence for individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in mandatory training and adhere to compliance requirements.

Requirements:
