Job Title: Anglican Chaplain

At Serco, we are seeking an Anglican Chaplain to join our team at HMP Fosse Way. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing spiritual care and guidance to prisoners and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to prisoners and staff.
  • Develop and deliver worship and meditation programs.
  • Collaborate with the multi-faith team to ensure the spiritual needs of prisoners are met.
  • Contribute to the development of local policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a custodial environment.
  • Advanced communication, organizational, and relational skills.
  • Formal endorsement from the HMPPS Anglican Faith Adviser.
  • Diocesan DBS clearance and up-to-date safeguarding training.
