Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at Marston's. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider General Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
  • Inspiring and motivating your team on every shift
