Donard Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Nurse Assessor. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments to support individuals with disabilities.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored plans to help them achieve their goals. Your expertise as a qualified nurse, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic will be invaluable in this role.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per year, plus a retention bonus of 5% (rising to 10% with quality & retention). You will also enjoy flexible working hours, including hybrid full-time and part-time options, as well as 25 days per annum (rising to 27 days with service). Other benefits include a company-matched pension, laptop, mobile phone, health & wellbeing programme, Headspace mobile app, and annual charity day.
