About the Role:

This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in high-voltage electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure seamless operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of engineers and technicians to achieve project objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement high-voltage electrical systems that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain and improve existing high-voltage electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience in high-voltage electrical systems, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
