About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liaison Officer to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and landowners, occupiers, and agents. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining key relationships, securing consents, and advising clients on practical matters affecting land.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, landowners, and other stakeholders
  • Proactively engage with landowners to secure necessary consents and permissions
  • Provide regular updates and advice to clients on land-related matters
  • Conduct land referencing, including identifying owners and occupiers of land
  • Manage landowner complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Arrange site visits for serving notices, undertaking records of conditions, and conducting site meetings
  • Assist the team in settling compensation claims and maintaining accurate stakeholder records
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of the programme
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and organised with a can-do attitude
