What you'll do:

  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals.
  • Establish a culture of excellence that focuses on both financial and behavioral key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and customer-focused retail environment.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession strategies.
  • Have a proven track record of inspirational leadership in a large retail environment.
  • Demonstrate a history of leading large teams to strong commercial results.
  • Be self-motivated and proactive in driving business objectives.
  • Possess established coaching and development skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to set and execute long-term plans.
  • Be mobile within a local area to meet business needs.
