At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and ambitious Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Implement effective inventory management and cash reconciliation processes
- Design and execute in-store events and experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
