About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Renault team. As part of our aftersales operation, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers' expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Manage service bookings, gathering and sharing relevant information with the team, and ensuring efficient operation of the workshop.
  3. Meet and greet customers, qualify work, and identify additional needs at vehicle drop-off.
  4. Continuously seek to improve customer service feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvement and sharing feedback with the management team.
  5. Facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department workshop, ensuring customer expectations are identified and successfully managed throughout the service process.
  6. Efficiently manage customer communication, providing timely progress updates and gaining authorisation for additional work.
  7. Conduct telephone activity to maximise workshop activity, engaging in MOT and service reminder calls, and promoting Renault retention products and services.
Requirements:
  1. A strong customer focus, with the ability to create customer confidence in the aftersales operation.
  2. Experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, with motor trade experience desirable.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
  4. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to schedule work effectively.
  5. Able to work with defined processes and guidelines, with good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details.
  6. A flexible team player, able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the aftersales team during busy periods.
  7. Results-focused, with resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles to success.
