Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the F&B team as they carry out their duties, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and adhering to our high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions, providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to support your growth and success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
