An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Finance Team at Innovia Films as a Management Accountant. This full-time role will involve providing an effective service to the Finance Team, ensuring financial reporting processes are in place and relevant controls are applied.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Management Accounting & Reporting team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy/procedures. Key responsibilities include acting as a key business partner to a wide range of stakeholders, both within finance and cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will possess a CIMA or ACCA qualification, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and experience of working within a commercialised environment. They will also be able to demonstrate a continuous improvement ethos towards all processes and assist with the development and redesign of various reporting and analysis tools.

  • Manage the Management Accounting & Reporting team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy/procedures.
  • Act as a key business partner to a wide range of stakeholders, both within finance and cross-functionally.
  • Assist with the preparation, review and communication of Innovia Films UK financial results to strict deadlines, with focus on the following areas of responsibility:
    • Working closely with the UK Financial Controller to understand the impact of Operational performance on UK results.
    • Apply a continuous improvement ethos towards all processes and assist with the development and redesign of various reporting and analysis tools.
    • Act as key support for UK Financial Controller, providing cover when required.
    • Other ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
