Commercial Admin Main Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing timesheets, inputting information into our payroll database, and providing purchasing support for various contracts and projects. You will also be responsible for general SAP administration duties, including raising requisitions and managing the GRN process. Additionally, you will assist in the on-going hire process, update the POB tracker, and answer phones and send forms to HR/Payroll. Commercial Duties You will assist in the production of estimates for Maintenance, Projects, or Turnaround works, review and upkeep of current commercial systems and reports, and update commercial reports. You will also assist in the production, monitoring, and submission of variations to original budgets, prepare Application For Payments, and provide commercial feedback and support to Commercial Manager and operational management. Experience & Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with previous Contract Administration/Coordination experience within the Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Industry. You should be an effective communicator, computer literate in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have attitudes and abilities that support our Core Values. A GCSE Grade A-C and aspirations to fulfill a suitable Engineering/Commercial qualification are also required.
