Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring that all bedrooms meet the exacting five-star standards expected by our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean all assigned check-out and stay-over rooms according to The Parkgate Hotel standard.
  • Remove all room service trays and items left in rooms.
  • Report all maintenance requests to Floor housekeepers.
  • Ensure all guest corridors, lift landing areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and kept properly at all times.
  • Perform related duties and special assignments as and when required.
