Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective client service, including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service
  • Deliver high-quality administration, ensuring all client documentation is thoroughly checked before despatch
  • Control your own diary system, ensuring all items are followed up by the due dates
  • Provide new business quotations for all classes of insurance on request, providing relevant advice, information, and guidance
  • Take instructions from new clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created
  • Take instructions from existing customers in respect of alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated

Requirements

  • Experience gained from within the Insurance Industry in a personal lines setting
  • Experience working with customers in an office-based role
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to use initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow business
  • An enthusiastic team player, able to support others, build trust, and have a positive outlook
  • Engage active listening skills, be willing to learn, and recognize when to ask for support or guidance
