Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using React, Typescript, NestJS, GraphQL, AWS, and Postgres.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Work closely with our Head of Engineering and CEO to drive technical strategy and innovation.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Full Stack development, with a strong background in Typescript and NodeJS.
  • High autonomy and ownership of products you've built.
  • Experience working in start-ups, preferably in early-stage companies.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a remote-first environment.
  • Proven track record of working on complex problems and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong product mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
