Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our team, providing therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, treating each individual with dignity and respect.
- Support residents in accessing community activities and hobbies.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a social care setting.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving license.
