Job Overview

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our Global Trade Compliance Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous improvement of our Global Trade Compliance function.

This role will support multiple complex operations and projects, providing Trade Compliance expertise to the business worldwide. You will be exposed to all aspects of Trade Compliance work, including reviewing Harmonised systems and Export Control Classifications reviews worldwide, origin and preference status, and deployment of Free Trade Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Trade Compliance Manager in the development and implementation of Trade Compliance strategies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong and lasting relationships and provide Trade Compliance expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Trade Compliance regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Trade Compliance subjects in general and in detail.
  • Full understanding of HS and ECN classification worldwide.
  • Prior experience of mass data review.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
