About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor/Legal Counsel to join our team at Meraki Talent Ltd. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters impacting our client directly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee transactional processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory matters.
  • Maintain documentation for financial transactions and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Deal with legal documents such as loan agreements and security documents.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Be a qualified Solicitor with English or Scots law experience.
  • Have specialized in Corporate or Commercial law.
  • Having worked for other financial companies would be a benefit.
