Job Role

As a Facade Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality facade designs using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Your primary goal will be to produce detailed drawings and specifications that meet the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement facade design concepts that meet the client's needs and budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  4. Ensure that all designs and specifications meet the relevant building regulations and industry standards.

Person Specification

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facade Designer with:

  1. A strong track record of delivering high-quality facade projects.
  2. Excellent knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
  3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Minimum 5 years of experience in facade design.
