Salary: The estimated salary for this role ranges from £85 to £100 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation reflects the importance of our teaching assistants in supporting students with SEN needs.

Job Description: As a Support Assistant for Children with SEN Needs, you will work alongside experienced educators to provide targeted support to students with various SEN requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to assist children on a 1:1 or small group basis, ensuring their educational and personal development needs are met. You will also contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience working with children or adults with SEN needs is desirable but not essential. You must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
